Tech’d out with super fast fibre-optic Wifi Internet, so that you stay connected to your business or family as well as 55” Sony Bravia Smart TV, which means you or the kids can be entertained all day or night streaming your favorite movies.

Relax or stay fit swimming laps in the indoor/outdoor, 13m long lap pool. Sip on delicious juices or cocktails in or out of the pool or sink into the cushion covered day beds, or catch yourself a beautiful tan on the rooftop sundeck followed by a magical sunset view.

Get yourself a fabulous night rest, or don’t get out of bed at all, with beautiful; super comfortable, king-size beds. The bedrooms have all you need with multiple international wall plugs + USB connectors, full size cupboards and walk in wardrobes, side tables, ceiling fans in all bedrooms and lounge spaces, air conditioners in all bedrooms and ensuite bathrooms.

In the bathrooms you’ll be delighted with the simple things, like fresh, hot water, all at a pressure that you’d expect from your shower, with plenty of space for 2 of you in there too. Upstairs you experience open air bathrooms with the main suite boasting a beautiful bath looking into nature for a revitalizing spa like experience.

A 4th room downstairs can be either used as a bedroom or simply, as we use it, a sun, meditation or workspace, overlooking lush gardens and pool. This room has large opening windows a ceiling fan, aircon, or with the sea breeze that flows through with the windows open, you’ll stay cool all day and night.

You can access the rooftop, 3 stories up, that give you a stunning 180deg unobstructed ocean view. Do your yoga from there in the morning, catch a tan during the day, or come up for evening drinks and sunset, it's a little addition that's available and you'll cherish. Best of all, there are options for you to still build your penthouse suite, yoga deck or put a Jacuzzi up there, all engineered into the foundational structure. With unobstructed views of the ocean, the rooftop is spectacular.

Our super friendly Balinese staff are available daily or when needed to clean and help you with absolutely anything you need. They are consistently recognized for their kindness, helpfulness and responsiveness from the reviews we get through Airbnb and Home Exchange guests, and they’ll happily stay on to look after you. We’ve know the manager and driver for over 10 years and the cleaner we’ve known for 7 years, and they are a wonderful and trustworthy family, .

If you’re a nature lover, then you’ll be delighted to know that our back yard is in nature, as the mountain climbs directly up behind us. Get to do some bird watching or get to watch the monkeys playing in the trees. It’s ok as they are wild, so don’t generally come too close to humans.

Candidasa has it all, from hiking, cycling in the mountains, snorkeling or a diving trip around the islands just 20min by local boat off our shore. There’s Yoga, a local Ashram and the best white sand beach in Bali, with great snorkeling right off the beach. And not to brag, but we even have a point-break for those surfer fanatics out there, just North of us.

Candidasa is also an anomaly, off the main tourist track, well away from the city, but strangely enough has more western style dining options than you can point a stick at. The best burgers in town, to wood fired pizza, Vegetarian, Indian, Australian and French cuisine, the list goes on.

And if you’re a music lover, then you’re absolutely going to love this little coastal town, with just about every kind of live music playing many nights of the week during the season, from Jazz to Rock, Unplugged, Chill-out to Reggae, it’s got it all.

Finally, the villa has 3 listings on Airbnb, the entire home, downstairs option and upstairs option. You see, we designed the home to provide us with options, so there are 2 separate, private entrances, plus an internal staircase, so you can, as we have done, live in one area and rent out the other. The income we create not only covers our monthly costs of the entire villa this strategy generates a nice little return on your investment too. Even during the lockdowns, we took in long-term expat rentals and that income from the one floor covered all running costs, which meant we were able to keep all staff in place on full salary, which was a gift few in Bali were able to do.
